Export your CSV from ArtCall
From ArtCall, open the call you want to migrate, go to the Submissions tab, and click Export → CSV. ArtCall exports the call records, artist details, jury fields, and image references it includes in that file.

Sign in to Crafted Call, head to Migrate from ArtCall, and drag the CSV into the upload area. We parse it instantly and show you exactly what we'll import — counts of artists, submissions, images, and any rows that need attention.

Pick the call to import into and start the import. The job runs in the background, imports supported records, and emails you when it is complete.

What gets imported
Everything in your ArtCall export, mapped to Crafted Call's native models.
- Artist records from the export, deduped against existing Crafted Call accounts by email
- Submission records with mapped titles, descriptions, dimensions, prices, and custom fields
- Jury score data mapped into Crafted Call's review model when present in the export
- Artwork images copied from available ArtCall image references into Crafted Call storage
- Award fields, buyer records, and condition tracking preserved as metadata when present
- Each artwork also added to the artist's reusable portfolio so they can submit it to future calls without re-uploading

How to export your CSV from ArtCall
ArtCall's export option is tucked inside the submissions view. Here's exactly where to find it.
Where is the export option in ArtCall?
Inside your ArtCall dashboard, open the call → Submissions tab → Actions menu → Export → CSV. The file downloads to your computer with the call's submission ID in the filename.
Which file do I need?
Start with the CSV. Crafted Call reads image references included in the export and copies available images to its own storage during import. If an export omits assets or contains inaccessible URLs, those rows are flagged for review.
What if my export is huge?
Self-serve import handles up to 10 MB / 5,000 rows per import. If your call is bigger than that, contact us before importing so we can scope the export format, record volume, and any image handling needs.
